Consider This : The Saturday edition of The Joyful CoParent
One idea. One question or an insight worth carrying into the weekend.
There's a version of strength that looks like never needing anything from anyone.
You handle it.
You figure it out.
Even when asking would change everything, you don't.
There's a pride in doing it yourself.
But when you never ask, people stop offering.
They learn not to try.
Another version of strength is asking for what you need.
That starts with knowing what you actually need, and then finding the courage to say it out loud.
"Needing others isn't weakness...
It's a big, beautiful neon sign that says,
'Hey, I'm a human being with needs and limits!'"
What do you need right now, and are you willing to ask for it?
Thank you for reading.
I didn't become a joyful co-parent overnight — and if you're in the middle of this, you probably won't either.
I share my journey to connect with others working through the same confusing transformation.

If this resonated, reply directly — I'd genuinely love to hear your story.
If it landed for you, consider passing it to someone who might need it.
It might be exactly what they need to hear.
Thank you,
