Consider This : The Saturday edition of The Joyful CoParent
One idea. One question or an insight worth carrying into the weekend.
When a relationship ends, you don't just lose the person.
You lose parts of yourself too.
The music you liked, because they liked it.
The way you spent your weekends.
Your friends groups, and travel preferences.
and those interests and opinions you never really formed on your own, because they were “ours”.

When you build a life with someone long enough, you stop knowing where you end and they begin.
Then it's over.
And you're standing in your own house, trying to figure out what's actually you, and is it still you.
So the real question we should be answering is:
Who are you, when nobody else is defining it for you?
Thank you for reading.
I didn't become a joyful co-parent overnight — and if you're in the middle of this, you probably won't either.
I share my journey to connect with others working through the same confusing transformation.

If this resonated, reply directly — I'd genuinely love to hear your story.
If it landed for you, consider passing it to someone who might need it.
It might be exactly what they need to hear.
Thank you,
